Nnamdi Azikiwe Hall has on Monday, 3rd of March, 2025 kick-started the activities commemorating the hall week for this academic session with a campus wide rally.
The rally which began at the hall had Zikites carrying placards with messages against drug abuse. The train then moved to and through other halls of residence on the University campus before coming back to the hall where a gyration was held till the late hours of Monday.
According to the hall chairman, Fabiyi Damilare, the rally was an invitation to other members of the student community to participate in the hall week festivities with Zikites.
"The rally is a rally is against cultism and drug abuse which has become prevalent in our society today. The rally was an official invite to join us in the hall week and also to celebrate with us," he said.
Recall that last session, Zik Hall held a campus wide rally against the issue of drug abuse.
The theme of this session's hall week is Zik is Him and it is scheduled to continue today, March 4th with a lecture and quiz competition.
