The Management of the University of Ibadan informs the students and staff of the university that the Nigerian Education Loan Fund(NELFUND) has sent a list of 3283 approved student loan application.
This was contained in an internal memorandum dated 18 September, 2024 and signed by the Registrar of the institution, G.O. Saliu.
Although the funds have not yet been received, the university plans to distribute the list to departments and heads of departments to ensure that eligible students can participate in upcoming examinations.
Recall that a memo was issued on the 13th September which stated that the first semester examinations for the 2023/2024 academic session will commence on Monday, September 23 and students who do not register appropriately on or before 20th September will not be allowed to write examinations.
