The ongoing protest gained momentum as students moved from Bello Hall to Kuti Hall, despite initial challenges in rallying participants.
Earlier today, students gathered at Zik Hall before marching to Bello Hall. However mobilizing students proved challenging, with some hesitant to join the demonstration.
The determination of the protesters combined with the growing frustration over the Governing Council’s decision on tuition fees, eventually saw the protest swell in numbers.
By mid-morning, the protest had shifted from Bello Hall to Kuti Hall, with students chanting, demanding a reversal of the school fee
The protesters have vowed to continue moving from hall to hall, ensuring that the entire campus is engaged in the movement.
The atmosphere on campus remains charged, with students increasingly joining the protest as it moves through different halls.
