University Management Debunks Electricity Rationing Memo, Clarifies Policies on GES Textbook Purchases

The university management has released a new set of memoranda following the resolution reached at a meeting held between the university management and the Student Union executives on July 17, 2024.

One of the new memoranda refutes a previous one about the rationing of electricity supply on campus, stating that it should be disregarded as it did not originate from the university management.

The management reassured the university community of a regular and steady electricity supply, contingent on power availability from IBEDC.

Additionally, another new memorandum has been released which states that the purchase of GES textbooks is optional and should not be a prerequisite for course registration.

The management also reiterated its prohibition on the sale of handouts to students within the university.
