In a thrilling match on day two of the inter-hall freshers competition, Tedder Hall secured a last-gasp equalizer to force a 1-1 draw against the Baluba Lions. The penalty conversion late in the game left the Baluba Lions frustrated after a strong performance.

Both teams entered the match eager for victory, resulting in a tightly contested first half dominated by midfield battles. The Baluba Lions, coached by Ayobami, enjoyed extended periods of possession but lacked fluidity in attack, failing to convert their dominance into goals.
*Second Half Breakthrough and Dramatic Penalty*
The second half saw renewed attacking intent from both sides. The deadlock was finally broken when a well-placed pass from the Baluba Lions dissected the Tedder defense, finding winger "Kiwi" unmarked in the penalty area. Kiwi capitalized on the opportunity, putting the Baluba Lions ahead 1-0.
