The Health Committe, Nnamdi Azikwe Hall, has on July 27, 2024, embarked on a sanitation excercise to keep the hall clean.

This was done to enhance the living conditions within the hall. Residents gathered at B Block basement to commence a sanitation exercise. This initiative saw participants move to various locations in need of attention, particularly focusing on clearing obstructions in the drainage systems in the hall.

The cleanup operation went beyond drainage maintenance. Volunteers diligently collected litter scattered across the front of C Block and other areas within the hall. Additionally, potholes on the road leading to the car park were efficiently sand-filled, improving accessibility and safety.

Despite the significant efforts, it was observed that the front of C Block continues to be the most challenging area, remaining the dirtiest and most littered section of the hall. This highlights the ongoing need for community engagement and consistent upkeep to ensure a cleaner and healthier living environment for all residents.
